International group tours
Have you been asked to plan a trip for a large group of friends or family, a class or association? Then please contact our colleagues of the NS International Group Travel team.
Travelling with a group
With NS International Group Travel, you can make reservations for groups of ten people or more. Two children, aged 4 to 11 years are considered one person.
Tips to book a group tour
Please take the following into account when booking a group tour:
- Seat reservation is not possible for Intercity Brussels trains.
- Book your group tour as early as possible. There is more chance that your customer will pay the lowest price and that the entire group can fit and sit together.
- Prices do not include administration costs (minimum of € 10 per group booking) and shipping costs (€ 9,05 per group booking). Shipping costs only apply with tickets printed by NS International.

The group tours team consists of Hans Klijntjes, Jackie van de Pol, Caroline Heesberge, Jolanda van Meenen, Anastasie Loembet, Romy Briët and Anita Graveland.
