Lost property
Losing something during your journey can be frustrating, especially when traveling internationally. Whether you left an item on the train or at the station, there are ways to retrieve it. On this page, we have collected all the information so you know what to do in such a situation.
Lost something? Here’s what to do
- If you have lost something at the station, your items will be kept at the station where they were found. Check with the service desk at the station whether your item has been handed in there.
- If you have accidentally left your belongings on the train, they will be kept at the station of the train's final destination.
To help you navigate the process, we have compiled country-specific information on how to report and recover lost property. Check the section below for details based on your travel destination.
