Who for?

Travel agents with an NS International agent contract are entitled to apply for agent tickets.

Tip: Book on time! The earlier you book, the more chance you have of winning the attractive agent rate for Eurostar and free travel to Belgium or Luxembourg.

Bring someone along

Bookings for (accompanying) partners, children, etc. can be made via your own sales system (@lantis, RailAgent or by phone at the NS International Customer Service) for the normal rate.

Agent rate Eurostar to Belgium/France

As a travel agent, you can book Eurostar tickets at a reduced rate.

    Instruction

    • You can book the Standard / Eurostar Standard (2nd class) en Comfort / Eurostar Plus (1st class) rate in @lantis through Guided Sales. The Market Segment must be “Promo agent” (mandatory)
    • You can book by telephone with NS International Customer Service via +31 30-2300023 based on your customer number
    • Max. 2 persons (1 travel agent + 1 guest)
    • Exclusively for travel agents with an NS International contract
    • Tickets can be booked as of 7** months before departure
    • Verification of passport and business card, salary slip or employer's statement on the train as proof that you are an agent
    • Tickets are valid from Eurostar departure stations Amsterdam, Schiphol and Rotterdam
    • Eurostar tickets are non-transferable
    • Changes can be made without charge, cancellations can be made at 10% cost

    Agent rate Eurostar to London

    As a travel agent, you can book Eurostar tickets at a reduced rate.

    Instruction

    • You can book the Standard / Eurostar Standard (2nd class) en Comfort / Eurostar Plus (1st class) rate in @lantis through Guided Sales. The Market Segment must be “Promo agent” (mandatory)

    • Tickets can be booked as of 7** months before departure
    • Availability applies to all days except Friday between 17.30 and 19.00
    • Verification of passport and business card, salary slip or employer's statement on the train as proof that you are an agent
    • Tickets are valid from Eurostar departure stations Amsterdam and Rotterdam
    • Eurostar Tickets are non-transferable
    • Changes can be made without charge, cancellations can be made at 10% cost

    Free agent tickets Belgium/Luxembourg

    Benefit from a free agent ticket to a destination in Belgium and Luxembourg.

    • Can only be booked via the application form below
    • Exclusively for travel agents with an NS International contract
    • Applications for free agent tickets may be made up to once per year per travel agent
    • Only 2nd class tickets
    • Verification of passport and business card, salary slip or employer's statement on the train
    • Tickets are non-transferable
    • Change or cancellation not possible
    • Excluded: July and August and Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays in other holidays

    *on the basis of availability and maximum 1 x per year
