Fares Germany and beyond
ICE International and Intercity Berlin have different kinds of fares: (Super-)Sparpreis Europa & Flexpreis Europa (Plus). The price depends on the amount of flexibility.

Before 1st day of validity 100% refund. As of the 1st day of validity until 1 month after the 1st day of validity, unused tickets can be exchanged or refunded by paying a € 19 administration fee for each ticket. As of 1 month up to a maximum of 2 months after the 1st day of validity, unused tickets can be refunded via NS International Service Center by paying a € 19 administration fee for each ticket. The refund delay for Homeprint and Mobile tickets is 7 days. Note: it is not possible to cancel a part of your journey or to change the number of persons. You can only cancel your entire booking. We advise you to first check what a new booking costs. It may be that the originally booked fares are no longer available and that you pay a higher price. |
