In Narbonne, you’ll find one of the most beautiful covered market halls in France: Les Halles de Narbonne. The locals come here for the best fresh produce, but also to have a chat or something to eat. Very different, but also nice to visit, is the Archbishop's Palace. The large, square towers date back to the Middle Ages and are connected to the town hall.
Next to it, there are two museums: the art history museum and the archaeology museum. The Horreum is also interesting. Today it’s a museum, but in the past the Romans used it as an underground storage area.
