Fares Intercity Brussels, Eurocity Direct and EuroCity
Intercity Brussels offers different fare types for your trip. You can choose the Early bird or Flex fare. Each fare has its own conditions. Please note: You may travel with any Intercity train to and from Belgium on the booked day, via the same route and in accordance with the conditions of any discount card.

Intercity Brussels becomes Eurocity Direct and EuroCity from 15 December
From 15 December 2024, the name and route of Intercity Brussels will change. The fast train to Brussels will soon be called Eurocity Direct. In addition to the Intercity, there will also be an extra train to Belgium, EuroCity. Until that date, you can continue to travel on the current trains.

Tickets for children 4 to 11 years old
In Belgium, an adult aged 18 or older may travel with a maximum of 4 children aged 0 to 11 can travel for free.
- 0 to 3 years old: Children aged 0 to 3 travel for free. You do not need to buy a ticket for them but they do count towards the number of children who may travel for free with you.
- 4 to 11 years old: When booking online, indicate that children aged 4 to 11 are travelling with you. You will receive a free ticket for them.
