To Phantasialand by train

Phantasialand is located in Brühl, Germany which is very close to Cologne. With ICE International you can reach Cologne 7 times a day. The total travel time to Brühl, including changing trains in Cologne is 3.04. From Brühl you can take the Phantasialand Shuttle to the park entrance in about 15 minutes. You can buy a return ticket on the shuttle bus.

Children travel for free

3 years old and under
Children under 4 year of age travel for free on Intercity Berlin and ICE International. They do not need their own ticket.

Ages 4 to 14 years
Children aged 4 to 14 also travel for free when accompanied by a person aged 15 or over. They do need a ticket. When you add children to your booking they will travel together with you on your ticket. Please add children when booking, it is not possible to add a child at a later time.

Children travelling unaccompanied
Children aged 12 and over are allowed to travel alone. Unaccompanied minors (up to and including 17 years of age) must have (and be able to show on request) the written permission for the journey from a parent or legal guardian. Unaccompanied children between the ages of 12 and 14 can receive a 50% discount on tickets in Germany. There is no special rate for children 15 years old and older; they pay the same rate as adults.
